Invited Sessions
Invited sessions offer focused discussions on specialized topics. A prospective invited session organizer should send a proposal, including a session title, a short synopsis, a bio-sketch of the organizer with a publication list, to the appropriate Symposium Chair. Upon approval of the proposal, the invited session organizer shall invite submissions, conduct reviews on the submissions, and recommend accepted papers to the Symposium Chair who reserves the right to reject any papers of poor quality.
An invited session usually has 6 papers; however, in the event that an invited session ends up with fewer than the number of papers required to form a session, the Symposium Chair may move some appropriate papers from regular sessions to the invited session. On the other hand, if an invited session has more than the number of papers for one session, it may be split into multiple sessions or even a track.
All invited session organizers will be acknowledged in the conference proceedings.
